Thankful at Four Lakes!

This is the time of year when people take the time to reflect on the things they are thankful for. I asked the staff here at Four Lakes what they love about living & working in such a vibrant community and this is what they had to say:

Amy Hoppe
Community Manager
“Thanksgiving has always been my favorite holiday because it’s just about being thankful. As the busy holiday season begins to ramp up, it’s always nice to take a moment and really see the blessings that surround you.  I am, of course, thankful for my family and friends; that all are healthy, and that modern technology allows us to share precious moments as they happen, no matter where they are.  But I am also thankful to live in a community that embodies the characteristics of family. Just like family, there can be times when everyone doesn’t see eye to eye but at the end of the day, this community takes care of each other, watches out for each other, and pitches in when they see others in need.  In our modern society, filled with so much divisiveness, it is truly a blessing to live in a community like Four Lakes.”

Cheryl Dobbs
Sales Agent
“I am thankful for my family and friends who support me on a daily basis, the unconditional love from my dog, Nikki, and my wonderful husband, who knows I hate to clean the house and he really doesn’t mind too much. I am thankful to live in a wonderful community that enables me to encounter the smiling faces of the residents of Four Lakes and enjoy all the activities that are offered here which I participate in often. Take the time every day to be thankful for everything you have. You can always have more, but you could also have less. Happy Thanksgiving!”

Megan Meroni
Marketing Agent
“This year has been such an amazing one, just like all the other years I have had the privilege to work at Four Lakes! I have been here for 10 years and it has been so nice getting to interact with residents and customers who come through our office. Getting to list homes of people that I remember when they purchased years ago has been a blessing knowing that I was the face they saw when they started this adventure and am the one they’ll see as they leave for a new one. I’m thankful for my husband and two boys, one of whom is in his senior year of High School, while the other started his first year of Junior High. I am also thankful for my parents and my sister who has given me a beautiful niece making me an Auntie! This truly has been a wonderful year full of twists and turns and I look forward to being here for years to come.”

This year I have so many things to be thankful for, God has done so many wonderful things in my life this year. I’m thankful for my family, my beautiful daughter, my sweet pets (especially my dog Frankie), and my friends who love me unconditionally.”
