Cheryl Dobbs – Sales Agent
I am originally from London, Ohio, and lived there for nearly 45 years. My husband and I decided to relocate to Winter Haven around 25 years ago. Throughout my career, in my longest-running job which lasted over 24 years, I worked as a Sales Director at a large distribution company. I have three sons, one of which is serving in the US Navy, and four grandchildren who live in different areas throughout the US. I have enjoyed working for CRF Communities for the last three years selling homes at Swiss Village, Hidden Cove, Hidden Cove West, and Hidden Cove East. I am extremely excited to now be selling homes here at Four Lakes where I am also a resident! I enjoy meeting new people and sharing my love of this community. We are very fortunate to call this beautiful place our home and to be able to take advantage of the activities and amenities offered up at the Clubhouse!
Megan Meroni – Marketing/Sales
Originally born in Ottawa, IL – my family relocated to Winter Haven, FL when my sister and I were 3 (I’m an identical twin). I majored in Visual Arts and from there I continued my education to become a licensed cosmetologist. I left the cosmetology world to begin working at Four Lakes in 2013. I began as the office manager/rental agent before eventually being promoted to lead marketer for sales. I am able to put my creative side to use as lead marketer and am inspired by the beautiful scenery and different personalities I come across every day here. I am married with two beautiful sons and an advocate for children born with special needs as my oldest son has Down Syndrome. I love it here and I love what I do!
Amy Hoppe – Community Manager
Originally from a small community in Iowa, I lived most of my adult life in West Michigan. After my husband retired in 2018 we relocated to Central Florida and found our home here in Four Lakes. Over the years I have worked in a wide range of office and management environments, including two years in a neighboring CRF Community. I am honored to have the opportunity to both live and work in such a beautiful community, filled with residents who truly care about each other and take pride in where they live. As Winston Churchill once said, “We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.”
Cathy Reeves – Admin Assistant
Originally from North Carolina, I moved to Lake Wales, FL in 1989. Retail Management had been my career for 25 years when four years ago God had different plans for my life. I started a new job as an Administrative Assistant for a retail company and now I’m blessed and grateful to be a part of the Four Lakes community.
I have been married for 20 years, we have a daughter and our sweet fur babies; Two dogs Frankie (my favorite) & Lady, plus a very spoiled cat named Bella. I love meeting new people especially the residents in this amazing community!
