Independence Day at Four Lakes
Four Lakes Golf Club geared up and hosted an exciting 4th of July celebration this year. With various patriotic activities lined up, residents and guests had a memorable day filled with fun and community spirit; the day kicked off with a delicious pancake breakfast that was held in the Great Room, where both residents and visitors enjoyed a delightful morning feast, complete with fluffy pancakes and freshly brewed coffee giving everyone the perfect opportunity to mingle with neighbors and fuel up for the day’s festivities.
After breakfast, the community hosted a spirited golf cart parade where participants decorated their golf carts with American flair, adorning them with flags, balloons, and banners. Everyone showcased their creativity and celebrated our nation’s Independence Day. Fellow residents judged decorated carts and chose their favorite of the bunch.
As the midday sun shone brightly, the lakefront pool became the ultimate hotspot for a massive pool party! The area came alive with laughter and music as the DJ played a mix of popular tunes and 
song requests. Attendees could enjoy a refreshing dip or lounge by the water’s edge as they watched the watermelon eating contest!
The on-site restaurant, Four Lakes Grill, hosted a delectable spread of food options, ranging from summer barbeque favorites to light and refreshing snacks; regular menu options were also available to order.
Overall, there was no shortage of patriotic fun and memorable moments. It was so lovely getting to witness the community in 
action as they celebrated with one another.
