From heartwarming traditions to laughter-filled gatherings and festive celebrations, our community came together all month long to celebrate the season in style. Women’s Christmas Party Luncheon
The holiday season kicked off beautifully with the Women’s Christmas Party Luncheon, an afternoon filled with laughter, entertainment, delicious food and meaningful moments.
Entertainment Highlights included:
- A hilarious special appearance by “Joan Rivers” (Dorothy Herbst) that had everyone laughing nonstop.
- Beautiful vocal performances by Connie Bourgois and Carl Benz, including a heartfelt serenade honoring our very own Jean Modafferi — 101 years young! A truly touching moment for all in attendance.
- A crowd favorite performance by Joyce’s Gigilos, whose energetic dance routine brought big smiles and lots of applause.
The potluck luncheon was overflowing with savory favorites, sweet homemade treats and holiday classics—proof once again that Four Lakes residents know how to cook and celebrate! The afternoon was topped off with prizes, gifts and special moments that made the event both joyful and memorable.
Annual Christmas Parade & Tree Lighting Celebration
What an unforgettable night! Our Annual Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting Ceremony brought joy, laughter and holiday spirit to every corner of the community.
Parade Highlights:
Residents truly outdid themselves in the Best Decorated Golf Cart Contest, showcasing creativity, festive costumes and dazzling decorations—an always-loved tradition at Four Lakes.
Tree Lighting Ceremony:
This year’s ceremony highlighted the many clubs, committees and support groups that make Four Lakes so special. One by one, each group illuminated their tree, symbolizing the heart, service and unity that define our community.
Holiday Entertainment & Heartwarming Moments:
- The Four Lakes Chorus opened the evening with festive Christmas songs that set a warm, joyful tone.
- A delightful appearance by Mrs. Claus, who shared her charming story “A Day in the Life of Santa.”
- A community twist on a classic with “’Twas the Night Before Christmas at Four Lakes,” bringing laughter, nostalgia and plenty of smiles.
After-Party Fun:
The celebration continued with a lively performance by Graffiti, keeping the crowd dancing and the holiday cheer going late into the evening.
Annual Christmas Concert – A Night of Music & Merriment
The Four Lakes Annual Christmas Concert was an absolute joy! The evening was filled with laughter, music and holiday magic.
Highlights included:
- Mischief and laughs courtesy of The Grinch
- High-energy fun from Alvin & the Chipmunks
- Beautiful renditions of traditional Christmas favorites
- A crowd-favorite performance of “The 12 Days of Christmas”, complete with audience participation and plenty of laughs as each day was acted out
Of course, no holiday concert would be complete without delicious cookies and chocolates, enjoyed by all. A heartfelt thank you to our amazing chorus and everyone who helped make the night so special—your time, talent and holiday spirit truly made the evening magical.
Four Lakes Is Glowing with Holiday Spirit
There’s something magical about Four Lakes during the holidays. Twinkling lights, festive décor and beautifully decorated homes lined the streets, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere throughout the community.
Residents came together to spread holiday cheer, making every drive through Four Lakes merry, bright and full of heart. It’s moments like these that remind us why this community is so special.
Adding even more sparkle to the season, residents were invited to take part in the Four Lakes Holiday Decoration Contest! Homes throughout the community shined bright as neighbors decorated the outside of their homes and registered for a chance to win 1st, 2nd or 3rd place prizes.
