We Are Open!
December, 31st 2019: We all waited for the clock to strike midnight and usher in this exciting New Year – 2020! I remember being surrounded by family saying, “This is OUR year—it’s going to be so GREAT!” Well, it has been quite the year so far and I should have been more specific when I said “great.” In fact, the dictionary defines great as “an extent, amount, or intensity considerably above the normal or average.” And I do believe 2020 has lived up to that.
We have all seemingly been thrust into a sort of “twilight zone” together, taking necessary precautions to stay safe and tackling each day as it comes. And now after months of self-quarantine, restrictions are being lifted and Florida is encouraging businesses to open their doors once again. Slowly but surely, the lively atmosphere of Winter Haven is coming back again.
Our Sales & Management offices are following suit by returning to our standard hours of operation! We have and will continue to make extra efforts in cleaning, sanitizing, and practicing Social Distance, along with wearing masks during appointments. We understand that not everyone is able to visit in-person at this time, so we have also been scheduling “virtual showings” for those interested!
Ready to purchase? Great! We have even made the whole process of buying/selling contact-free by adopting a virtual method of processing paperwork. No need to come in person to sign, everything is done through a secure online system for your safety and convenience.
Now that summer has finally arrived, it’s the perfect time to start looking for your winter home or full-time retirement residence. We continue to offer SAFE and INCLUSIVE service to all of our customers, and we are ready to help you however we can!
As I reflect on how the year started, I’ve come to think that perhaps 2020 really can be our year…maybe not exactly how we planned it, but one that we shouldn’t let go to waste. A year that even through distance brought us all a little closer together.
