Being a Family Owned company, we understand the value of excellent service, and part of that is being able to provide our new residents assistance in purchasing. We have built long-standing relationships with several local banks in order to give our residents options to finance their homes. We continue to work with these select institutions not only because of their understanding of our business but also because of their rates and quality of service.
We refer buyers to Citizens Bank & Trust and SouthState Bank. SouthState is locally based out of Winter Haven, FL, and has provided exceptional service to the majority of our customers who seek financing. We have worked with SouthState Bank for years and have worked with our current loan officer, Denise Watts, for over 6 years. All rates are based on the buyer’s credit score, so they vary from customer to customer, but these few things remain the same:
- All Mobile Home loans require 25% down
- If the home is 9 years or “newer” they can go up to 20 years fixed
- If the home is older than 9 years, they will do a 15-year fixed rate
- VA loans are not available for manufactured homes
